About this product
Which cup size is right for me?
The size can be linked to the strength of your pelvic floor that holds the cup in place. Bamboozy comes in three sizes: S, M, and L.
We recommend size M for women aged 30 and under who have not had a baby.
We recommend size L for women over 30 or women who have given birth vaginally.
Size S is for teenagers.
Are you unsure whether to choose size M or L? We recommend size M.
How does the menstrual cup work?
How do I insert the cup?
Step 1: Wash your hands thoroughly before use.
Step 2: Fold the cup so that it forms a "C."
Step 3: Insert the cup, horizontally if necessary for greater comfort.
Step 4: The cup will unfold itself (you may need to twist it first).
Step 5: A properly inserted cup will form a vacuum and will therefore not leak.
How do I remove the cup?
Remove and empty your cup after a maximum of 12 hours.
Step 1: Wash your hands thoroughly.
Step 2: Do not pull the cup out by the stem, but squeeze the bottom of the cup and move it from left to right so that you can break the vacuum.
Step 3: Make sure the cup remains upright.
Step 4: Empty the contents into your toilet or sink.
How do I clean the cup?
After use, rinse the cup with running water. After your cycle, sterilize the cup by boiling it in water. You can use theBamboozy sterilizer for this, which is suitable for microwave sterilization.
A detailed explanation of how to insert and remove the cup can be found in our e-book for beginners.
How does the sterilizer work?
You should sterilize your menstrual cup at least before your period starts. You don't have to sterilize your cup after every use, but you can if you prefer.
Step 1: Remove the lid from the sterilizer.
Step 2: Unfold the sterilizer.
Step 3: Add water up to the first fold.
Step 4: Place your menstrual cup with the stem facing up into the sterilizer.
Step 5: Preheat your microwave at 1000W for 1 minute.
Step 6: Always let your menstrual cup cool to room temperature for one minute before using it.
Step 7: Always wash your hands before inserting your menstrual cup.

Why choose this brand?
Bamboozy is a sustainable brand founded with one clear mission: to maximize impact by bridging the gap between zero waste and the convenience of conventional products. The idea is simple yet powerful: sustainability should be so accessible that consumers don't even have to consciously choose it. Bamboozy products are therefore designed without compromising on ease of use, quality, or price. From reusable cotton pads and safety razors to sustainable menstrual products, each item is stylish, effective, and designed for daily use. Because, as they say: "We don't need a handful of people perfectly implementing zero waste, but millions doing it imperfectly."
